Mein letzter Eintrag ist schon etwas länger her. Ich war in meiner Bergbeiz im Val Tuors sehr beschäftigt und konnte nicht eher schreiben.
Seit ich zu Hause bin, konnten meine Leute in Chheskam den Spielplatz fertig bauen. Wir wollten keinen Plastikspielplatz, sondern einen aus Holz. Nach langem suchen, fanden wir endlich jemanden, der so etwas bauen kann. Der Spielplatz ist richtig schön geworden.
Wir danken der Schule Campogna in Thusis nochmals für ihr grosses Engagement am Weihnachtsmarkt letzten Jahres. Mit diesem Geld konnten wir diesen Wunderbaren Spielplatz bauen.
Für die Wasserversorgung in Boxwua suchen wir immer noch Sponsoren. Einen drittel des Geldes haben wir bereits. :)
Bald wird Pasang nochmals nach Chheskam reisen, und den Spielplatz besichtigen. Dann folgen auch Fotos mit Kindern darauf.
Dann haben wir noch eine Notoperation mitfinanziert. Ein Junge mit Hirntumor konnte durch unsere Spende das Leben gerettet werden.
Für die Projektreise im Oktober/November 2027 sind noch Plätze frei. Gerne dürft ihr uns kontaktieren.

It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve been very busy at my mountain restaurant in Val Tuors and wasn’t able to write sooner.
Since I’ve been back home, my folks in Chheskam have finished building the playground. We didn’t want a plastic playground—we wanted one made of wood. After a long search, we finally found someone who could build one. The playground turned out really beautiful.
We’d like to thank the Campogna School in Thusis once again for their tremendous dedication at last year’s Christmas market. With that money, we were able to build this wonderful playground.
We’re still looking for sponsors for the water supply project in Boxwua. We’ve already raised a third of the funds. :)
Pasang will be traveling to Chheskam again soon to visit the playground. We’ll post photos of the children there afterward.
We also helped fund an emergency surgery. Thanks to our donation, a boy with a brain tumor had his life saved.
